Review by hotel critic
During my gourmet getaway at the White Hart, I must say the culinary experience stood out. As an archaeologist who delights in the richness of cultures, I appreciated the restaurant's combination of classic pub fare with innovative twists. Although I didn't indulge during my visit, other trips had introduced me to a variety of hearty comfort dishes-think crispy chips added to delectable focaccia sandwiches. The atmosphere of the pub is welcoming, providing the perfect backdrop for a pint of local beer or a refreshing cider-plaudits to their impressive drinks menu! I was particularly pleased with their breakfast choices; The air-conditioned room was a delightful surprise on a hot day, transforming the night's stay into a comfortable experience. The separation between the hotel and pub meant I could rest despite the lively atmosphere outside. Ultimately, the White Hart is an interesting stop for those who value a touch of culinary flair in their travels.
